HP Envy 5542 All-in-One Printer

The HP Envy 5542 AiO is an all-in-one inkjet printer with scan and copy functions. It works with Windows and macOS. The multi-color ink cartridge must be replaced when a single color runs out. The capacity of the main paper tray is 125 sheets, a typical size. It can accept paper up to 83# basis weight, much heavier than what's typical. It also has a separate tray for snapshot-size photo paper. The printer has a medium-size 2.3-inch display screen with a touchscreen interface. You can connect directly to a PC with a USB cable, or to your network router wirelessly with WiFi.
