Our Home Access Sheet Sets are made from a material known as Microfiber. This material brings a number of advantages over traditional cotton. It is easier to produce, it does not harm the environment the way cotton plantations do, it allows workers to work less and to work in better conditions indoors, it does not spark the allergies of people allergic to cotton, it better insulates you from the cold, and it wicks away excess moisture from your skin quicker, effectively cooling you when it is too warm and humid.

Quality and Selection

Our Microfiber sheets also have a benefit above all cotton sheets. Because of the physical nature of microfiber and the way it is manufactured, a weave that is effectively denser than even the highest possible thread counts in cotton is possible. What this means is that Microfiber sheets make cotton sheets essentially obsolete. Beyond this, our Microfiber sheet sets are superior in worksmanship to those of our competitors for the reason that we personally inspect all of the different sheets we buy from our suppliers. We inspect the manufacturing process, we ask difficult questions to the managers and even to the workers, and we take a look at every aspect of the process of manufacturing including the work that individual machines do. We have seen many different plants and we’ve learned what the best practices are and we can spot when a factory manager is trying to cut corners. There are certain famous department stores which will attempt to sell you sheets at egregiously over marked prices. During our own research we have seen prices for comparable sheets as high as $155! What was amazing was that people were actually buying these sheets because they were marketed as “Egyptian Cotton” and “5-Star Luxury” The truth of the matter was that these competitor’s sheets were made in China from either sweat-shop factories or in environmentally destructive plantations. That is not what we are about.
