First apply hair film to wet hair
Microwave the heating cap in low-power microwave oven about 2-3 minutes or heat the cap in hot water for about 8 minutes. ( if in high-power microwave oven less than 2 minutes is suggested)
Wear shower cap (more effective and clean)
Then wear the heating cap for 10 to 20 minutes. Stopping it every 15 seconds to move the gel around
At last, take off the cap and wash your hair
